Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and biodegradable cleaning solutions, making it safe for weatherboard, plaster, brick, concrete, and all other common cladding types. It's much gentler than traditional high-pressure washing.
Not necessarily. As long as we can access all sides of the property, you're welcome to go about your day. We'll send before and after photos when the job's done. Many of our customers are at work while we wash.
We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products. We just ask that pets and children stay off treated surfaces for 1–2 hours while the solution evaporates — after that, it's completely safe for your garden, pets, and waterways. We also pre-wet surrounding plants before washing and rinse them after as an extra precaution. Your garden is safe with us.
Light rain doesn't affect the quality of our work — we're already using water! For heavy rain or storms, we'll call ahead and reschedule at no cost. Wellington weather keeps us flexible.
